Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand identity to life across a variety of digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic goals into visually compelling designs that captivate our audience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a solid eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, and a versatile portfolio that demonstrates original creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities• Visual Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, print collateral (brochures, flyers), and presentations.

- Brand Stewardship: Maintain, enforce, and evolve our company brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing managers, and product teams to translate creative concepts and briefs into finished design products.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the internal digital asset library, including raw design files, photography, logos, and templates.
- Iterative Design: Prepare layout drafts, present design concepts to stakeholders,



and smoothly integrate constructive feedback into revisions.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging design technologies, tools (including AI-assisted design workflows), and visual marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 2-3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing real-world projects across digital, social, and print mediums.
- Software Proficiency: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Core Design Technicalities: Mastery of typography, spatial layout, composition, and color theory.
- Workplace Skills: Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadline

Good-to-Have• Experience with motion graphics, video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), or photo manipulation.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design concepts or experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
