Role Description The Graphic Designer role at ReatchAll is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials, ensuring alignment with client and internal brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand identities, designing layouts and graphics for web and social media, selecting and refining typography, and preparing final files for production or delivery.

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and client-facing teams,



participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute creative ideas that support project goals. The role also involves maintaining consistency across design assets, staying updated on industry trends, and managing multiple design tasks within set deadlines.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually cohesive and engaging materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and stylistic impact.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print media.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
