Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Varanasi.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and website graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing layouts, and preparing files for production while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating briefs into clear visual solutions,



and iterating designs based on feedback.

The Graphic

Designer will also maintain design libraries, stay updated on design trends, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and support cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure readable, appealing, and on-brand type treatments.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, visual storytelling, and consistent quality.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects on-site in Varanasi.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a design or media environment.
