Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, combining responsibilities as a Graphic Designer and Travel Operations Executive. On the design side, the role involves creating visual assets for digital and print, developing brand-aligned graphics and logos, refining typography, and supporting marketing campaigns with compelling creatives. On the operations side, the role includes coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings for hotels and resorts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

The position requires close collaboration with sales and marketing to align visuals with campaign objectives,



while also supporting day-to-day travel planning, vendor coordination, and guest-related requests to ensure smooth hospitality operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong visual design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create high-quality digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess branding and Logo Design skills to develop and maintain consistent brand identities across all touchpoints.
- Candidates should possess Typography skills to ensure transparent, aesthetically pleasing, and readable designs that support brand messaging.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar), along with basic knowledge of digital marketing requirements for creatives.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills to manage travel bookings, itineraries, and vendor communication efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel operations, or hotel reservations and a degree or diploma in Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field would be beneficial.
