Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role based in Hyderabad. The GET will support day-to-day plant operations, including monitoring production processes, assisting in process optimization, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing production data, preparing basic reports, troubleshooting routine issues under supervision, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality, and logistics. The role involves learning and applying standard operating procedures, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting implementation of engineering best practices on the shop floor.



The GET will also be expected to understand and follow ISO and other relevant standards and contribute to a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

Qualifications

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in , Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong fundamental understanding of core engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and basic design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn relevant engineering or ERP software used in plant operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions under guidance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with supervisors, peers, and shop floor teams in a structured industrial environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to work in plant conditions, follow safety protocols, and work in shifts if required.
- High level of curiosity, learning agility, and openness to feedback, with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial engineering environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
