Full Stack Developer

CXN Technology is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of professional experience to build and maintain useful, reliable web applications. This role is for someone who can work across the interface, API, and database, take responsibility for delivery, and explain technical decisions clearly.

- Working hours: Flexible working hours, 8 hours per day

- Salary: ₹10–24 lakh per annum (LPA), based on relevant experience and role fit

What you will do

- Develop responsive web interfaces and backend services.
- Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Work with designers and other developers to turn requirements into maintainable features.
- Diagnose bugs, investigate performance issues, and improve reliability.
- Write readable code and appropriate tests, review changes, and document important decisions.
- Contribute to deployment workflows and ongoing application maintenance.




- Communicate progress, blockers, and trade-offs clearly in a remote team.

What you should bring

- 4+ years of professional experience delivering full stack applications.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and a modern frontend framework.
- Hands-on backend development experience, including APIs and database integration.
- Understanding of authentication, access control, secure coding, and error handling.
- Practical experience with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to investigate unfamiliar problems and explain your approach.
- Good written and spoken communication and consistent collaboration in a remote environment.

Helpful experience

Cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimisation are useful. Please explain the technologies you have used most deeply; we do not expect expertise in every tool.
