Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full time, on-site position based at the Clay by Lingaraj showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and guiding customers to the appropriate team members or showroom sections. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, handling basic reservations or appointments, maintaining visitor records, and supporting front office operations such as keeping the reception area organized and presentable.

The Front Desk

Representative will provide courteous customer service, share accurate information about products and services,



and coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, basic documentation, and following standard procedures for opening and closing the front desk.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills to manage visitor interactions and front desk operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, respond to inquiries, and relay information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and basic appointment-handling skills to manage showroom visits and customer bookings.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks smoothly in a busy showroom environment.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy (email, office applications) and comfort with maintaining records or using simple CRM tools.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused attitude, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time, including weekends or extended hours as required.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma; prior experience in front desk, retail, hospitality, or showroom environments is an advantage.
