Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented French-Speaking Project Coordinator to support international client projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate international client projects and translate business requirements into clear tasks and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and data analysis teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and blockers to ensure timely execution.




- Validate deliverables against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Review new features, product enhancements, and updates before delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and project delivery processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
- French language proficiency at B2 level or above is mandatory.
- Positive command of English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
