Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and patient Freelance English Trainers to conduct live, 1:1 online interactive sessions. In this role, you will work with learners of varying age groups and fluency levels, ranging from school students developing foundational skills to working professionals aiming for business fluency and career advancement.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Deliver 1:1 Live Online Sessions: Conduct engaging, interactive, and personalized 1-hour video sessions tailored to individual student needs.

Diverse Learner Engagement: Adapt teaching styles to effectively engage a wide spectrum of learners:

Kids & Young Learners: Use interactive games, storytelling, and structured activities to build interest and foundational grammar.

Teens & University Students: Focus on academic English, vocabulary expansion, public speaking, and conversational confidence.

Working Professionals:



Deliver tailored business English, accent modulation, interview preparation, email etiquette, and presentation skills.

Customized Instruction: Assess each learner’s strengths, weaknesses, and goal objectives during initial interactions to customize session flows accordingly.

Provide Actionable Feedback: Offer real-time correction, constructive feedback, and progress reports to keep students motivated and track their growth.

Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental learning workplace that boosts student confidence in speaking English.

Key Requirements & Skills :

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, Education, or a related field (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification is a major plus).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching English, spoken English coaching, or tutoring (online platform experience preferred).

Fluency: Excellent command of written and spoken English with clear pronunciation and neutral/standard diction.

Technical Setup

A reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20–30 Mbps recommended).

A working laptop or desktop PC with a good-quality webcam and headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

A quiet, well-lit, professional background for conducting online classes.

Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, adaptability, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with learners of all ages.
