Role Description The Founder Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Malkapur. This role supports the founder in day-to-day strategic and operational activities, including coordinating projects, preparing presentations and reports, and conducting market and product research related to finance and investment education. The role involves managing key communications, organizing meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through on priorities across teams.

The person in this position will help streamline decision-making by summarizing data, insights, and recommendations for the founder, and may assist with partnerships, content planning, and internal process improvements as needed.

About the RoleWe are looking for a high-ownership Founder’s Office Associate who can work closely with the Founder across multiple businesses and new initiatives.This role combines strategy, research, and hands-on execution. You will help evaluate opportunities, drive key projects, and ensure that the Founder’s priorities are converted into measurable outcomes.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConvert the Founder’s vision and priorities into structured action plans.
- Research, evaluate, and execute new business ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects across different business functions.
- Coordinate with team leaders, track progress, and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Build processes, systems, and accountability frameworks.
- Support partnerships, special projects, and high-priority assignments.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, reports, and founder-level correspondence.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including attention to detail, time management, and follow-through on tasks.
- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms, and basic data handling.
- Interest in finance, investment, and the stock market; prior exposure to these topics is an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with leadership, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a startup, founder’s office, consulting, or operations role is a plus.
