Role: Forward Deployment Engineer
Experience: 5+ years in Software/Solution Engineering, with AI Deployment Experience

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work with business and platform teams to deliver practical AI solutions. The role involves deploying Azure AI solutions, integrating enterprise systems, developing AI-powered applications, and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Deployment: Prototype and configure solutions using Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Foundry.
- Development & Integration: Build Python services, integrate enterprise APIs, and support React.js UI development.
- GenAI Engineering: Optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
- Troubleshooting: Debug applications, resolve integration issues, and improve solution reliability.
- User Adoption: Gather feedback, support users,
and maintain deployment documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of customer-facing software/solution engineering experience, with AI deployment exposure.
- Robust Python and API development skills.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Familiarity with React.js integration, debugging, deployment, and observability.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
