Role Description The Founder’s Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, organizing data and documentation, and assisting with project coordination for client engagements. The intern will also help streamline internal processes, track key metrics, and contribute to communication materials such as emails, decks, and summaries.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi,



requiring close collaboration with the founders and team members to address dynamic startup-related challenges.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data collection, synthesis, and presenting insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, documentation, and professional correspondence.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and business strategy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Kochi, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Relevant academic background in business, management, economics, or related fields is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in startups or consulting is a plus.
