Role Description The Food and Beverage Server is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverage offerings, and making recommendations based on guest preferences. The server is responsible for taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, serving food and drinks promptly, and ensuring tables are clean and properly set.

Day-to-day tasks also include processing payments,



handling guest concerns professionally, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The role requires working closely with other team members to create a seamless and positive dining experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Food Service skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings, including basic menu items, ingredients, and serving standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items safely as part of regular duties.
