Role Description The Financial Professional will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design and validate wealth, retirement, and income-planning workflows. This role includes developing and reviewing financial plans, interpreting complex financial data, and ensuring that tools and models align with real-world advisory practices. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing client scenarios, contributing to product specifications, preparing financial reports and insights, and supporting the refinement of planning methodologies.

Professional will also engage with internal stakeholders and pilot users to gather feedback, communicate findings, and help improve the platform’s financial accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, with experience in retirement, wealth, or income-planning domains.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate scenarios, and support data-driven product decisions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and presenting clear financial summaries and insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience in wealth management, RIAs, MFDs, or financial advisory environments, and familiarity with financial software tools, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage workplace, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and client-centric solutions.
