Role Description The Financial Integration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining financial integrations between NetSuite, Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow. The consultant collaborates with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, map data, configure integrations, and troubleshoot issues.

Daily responsibilities include managing integration lifecycles, monitoring performance, resolving exceptions,



and supporting continuous improvement of financial processes. The role also includes preparing technical and functional documentation, coordinating testing activities, and providing knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong consulting skills, including stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Candidates should possess NetSuite and Workday Integration skills, with hands-on experience configuring and supporting financial integrations.
- Candidates should possess integration skills across enterprise systems, including experience with APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
- Candidates should possess Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) skills, with knowledge of EDI standards and financial data formats.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in financial systems, ERP platforms, or retail industry environments is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows, perform root-cause analysis, and propose scalable solutions.
- Strong documentation, testing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
