About the RoleMatTrade Resources Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Treasurer to manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, borrowings, investments, and financial risk management. The candidate will work closely with the Finance Controller and senior management to support financial planning and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and fund planning.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital requirements.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, loans, and working capital limits.
- Coordinate documentation and management of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other banking instruments.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure, interest rate risk, and financial risks.
- Manage surplus fund investments and support fundraising activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI regulations, FEMA, and treasury policies.
- Prepare treasury MIS, cash flow reports,



and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience, with solid hands-on exposure to treasury operations.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking, borrowings, and working capital.
- Understanding of forex transactions, RBI regulations, and FEMA.
- Experience in LC, BG, and export-import trade finance will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/financial systems such as Tally or SAP.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience: Corporate treasury, international trading, or export-import finance. Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
