BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Finance professional with experience in international taxation to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle compliance, regulatory filings, audits, and risk management.
- Support international taxation and cross-border tax compliance.
- Assist with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements.
- Support finance automation using ERP tools and Zoho Books.
Requirements:
- B.Com / CS / CA (Inter level) / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit.
- Prior experience in international taxation is essential.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Zoho experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
