About the Role

We are looking for two experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our pillow and mattress business by identifying new dealers, distributors, wholesalers and bulk buyers.

The ideal candidate should have solid market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in generating sales through field visits and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, retailers and wholesalers to expand our sales network.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and secure orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
- Present product ranges, explain pricing and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert prospective dealers into active business partners and generate consistent sales.
- Identify bulk business opportunities with hotels, hospitals, institutions and commercial buyers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and new business opportunities.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular field visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, deliveries and payment follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, dealer development or distributor management.
- Experience in pillows, mattresses, bedding, home furnishings, furniture or related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to identify dealers, develop new markets and generate orders independently.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru and Karnataka retail and wholesale markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.

What We Are Looking For

We need professionals who can actively visit markets, identify the right dealers, establish business relationships and convert leads into regular orders.

This is a field-focused business development role, not a desk-based sales position.
