Location: Navi Mumbai (field role, across all nodes)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month
- Profit share: 2–3% on every deal closed
- Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and visit qualified B2B leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and present ITCYBER solutions
- Conduct product demos and prepare clients for proposals
- Negotiate within approved pricing and close deals
- Collect payments and coordinate client onboarding
- Achieve a monthly target of 8 closed deals




- Maintain accurate daily reports of meetings and pipeline

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, IT, software or digital services sales
- Solid communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai market
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
- Self-motivated, target-driven and professional
