Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. In this role, the team member will visit prospective and existing customers, present product portfolios, demonstrate key features and advantages of compressed air equipment, and support clients in selecting appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and closing sales.

Executive will also maintain regular contact with customers, gather market and competitor insights, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and prepare concise sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in field sales, client relationship management, and on-site customer visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical products clearly.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment or mechanical systems; prior experience in compressors or related products is an advantage.
- Ability to plan daily routes, manage time effectively, and work independently while meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic office software for reporting, email, and documentation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Ghaziabad and nearby regions.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing workplace and collaborating with manufacturing and service teams.
