Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Faridabad.

The Fashion

Designer will develop seasonal collections and individual garments aligned with DELAN’s modern, minimal aesthetic and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, creating sketches and technical drawings, selecting fabrics and trims, and collaborating with pattern makers and sampling teams. The role involves overseeing fittings, refining silhouettes, and ensuring high-quality construction and detailing across embroidery, textiles, and finishes.

The Fashion





Designer will work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to support lookbooks, campaign shoots, and styling edits, while maintaining consistency in fit, style, and brand identity.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion, with the ability to translate brand concepts into cohesive collections.
- Hands-on experience with Embroidery and decorative detailing for premium womenswear.
- Proficiency in Fitting, with an eye for silhouette, proportion, and comfort across sizes.
- Knowledge of Textiles, including fabric behavior, drape, and suitability for different garments.
- Proficiency in sketching and technical drawing (manual or digital) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is advantageous.
- Experience collaborating with pattern makers, sampling units, and production teams in an on-site environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple styles and collections simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline from a recognized institution preferred.
- Prior experience in womenswear, westernwear, or premium apparel brands is beneficial.
