We are looking for an experienced Designer cum Merchandiser with solid knowledge of men's wear, especially T-shirt manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of handling designing, merchandising, job workers, and overall factory coordination to ensure smooth production and timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop men's T-shirt designs, prints, graphics, colours, and artwork.
- Handle complete merchandising activities from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate and manage job workers, vendors, and outside production units.
- Follow up on cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing.
- Coordinate with the factory team to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Prepare costing sheets, order sheets, production plans, and merchandising reports.
- Monitor job-worker production, quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with job workers to resolve production delays and issues.




- Check garment measurements, specifications, quality, and finishing.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding order status and approvals.
- Maintain proper records of orders, job-worker details, material movement, and production updates.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in men's wear, T-shirt manufacturing, and merchandising.
- Experience in handling job workers and coordinating with multiple factories is essential.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes from cutting to finishing.
- Basic to good knowledge of T-shirt designing and design software.
- Knowledge of costing, sampling, production planning, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and ensure timely delivery.
