Role Description The Factory Manager is a full-time, in office role located in Uthukuli, Tamilnadu and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations in a garment facility. The role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, managing workflow across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, and ensuring on-time delivery against customer orders.

The Factory

Manager will lead and coordinate factory teams, optimize resource utilization, enforce safety and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and cost efficiency. The role also requires close collaboration with quality, merchandising, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality, reduce defects, and support operational targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management.




- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management.
- Candidates should possess thorough experience in Quality Control within garment manufacturing.
- Relevant qualifications in textile/apparel technology, industrial engineering, or operations management are beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience managing factory teams in apparel or textile manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to analyze production data, implement process improvements, and manage timelines and budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
