WE’RE HIRING: EXPORT SALES MERCHANDISER – HOME TEXTILES

STRICTLY COMMISSION BASIS | ARKIT ENTERPRISES

Arkit Enterprises, a manufacturer and exporter of home textiles from India, is looking for a proactive merchandiser or export sales professional to develop international buyers and generate business.

Our range includes decorative cushions, bath rugs, table runners, placemats, rugs, tote bags and baskets.

This is a commission-only freelance chance. There is no fixed salary or monthly retainer.

Candidates with established relationships with importers, retailers, buying houses or brands are strongly preferred. You should also be comfortable generating leads through LinkedIn, email outreach and direct buyer follow-ups.

Commission eligibility starts from your FIRST qualifying order—including orders from buyers you already know. There is no waiting period or requirement to complete several orders before becoming eligible. The sooner you generate paid business, the sooner you start earning, and we grow together.

We will provide a company email ID, product catalogues, quotation support and authorised access to our LinkedIn company Page where required.

Your responsibilities will include

- Identifying relevant buyers and presenting our products.
- Managing enquiries, sampling coordination and commercial follow-ups.
- Converting opportunities into orders and coordinating with our team through execution and payment collection.
- Maintaining accurate buyer records and providing a weekly pipeline update.

1. Commission terms must be signed before work begins.



The percentage, calculation basis, payout schedule and eligibility for repeat orders will be agreed in writing.
2. Commission is payable against buyer payments actually received by Arkit Enterprises. Enquiries, quotations and unpaid orders do not trigger payment. Cancellations, refunds and returns will be treated under the agreed terms.
3. Buyer leads must be registered and accepted in writing to prevent overlapping claims. Existing company accounts qualify only where specifically assigned.
4. Prices, discounts, payment terms, delivery commitments and expenses require prior company approval.
5. All orders and buyer payments must go directly through Arkit Enterprises. Personal collections, undisclosed side commissions and diversion of company business are prohibited.
6. Company pricing, designs, buyer information and correspondence must remain confidential. Company accounts and resources may be used only for authorised company business.
7. Relevant competing representations must be disclosed. Applicants must respect existing confidentiality obligations.
8. Continued association will depend on agreed milestones, documented progress and professional conduct. Pending commission and exit terms will be covered in the written agreement.
