Role Description The Fashion Advisor role at Bose Works is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Fashion

Advisor will collaborate with production, styling, and creative teams to curate outfits and looks that align with project concepts, character profiles, and brand aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing fashion consulting for talent and clients, maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, and supporting wardrobe planning for shoots and digital content. The role also involves assisting with fittings and styling sessions, ensuring garments and accessories are prepared and organized,



and coordinating with vendors or partners when needed.

Advisor will contribute to an engaging, professional experience for all collaborators while supporting the visual storytelling goals of the company.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with the ability to translate creative briefs into cohesive looks.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and an understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, and brands.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with talent, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and creating a positive on-set and client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness, including the ability to recommend products, manage budgets, and support brand partnerships where applicable.
- Relevant experience in fashion styling, retail fashion, costume design, or image consulting is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced production schedules.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Styling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
