Role Description The Executive role at Healing Escape Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves managing daily operations related to patient coordination, including liaising with healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation, and tracking case progress. The Executive will support international patients with itinerary planning, appointment scheduling, and logistical arrangements such as transport and accommodation.

Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with patients and partners, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring service standards are met consistently. The Executive will also assist in reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance overall patient experience.

Qualifications

- Robust organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, medical professionals, and partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
- Customer service orientation with a patient-first mindset and a focus on ethical, empathetic support.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, with flexibility to handle time-sensitive and cross-border coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, travel coordination, or medical tourism is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to process improvement and team collaboration.
