Role Description The Executive Chef role at Chef Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area.

The Executive

Chef will lead all kitchen operations, including planning menus, designing seasonal dishes, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. This role oversees food preparation, supervises and trains kitchen staff, manages inventory, and coordinates with suppliers to maintain cost-effective procurement and minimal waste.

Chef will implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards, collaborate with management on pricing and special events, and monitor customer feedback to refine offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities also include scheduling, budget management, and fostering a positive, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume or fine-dining environment, with solid leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, food presentation,



and maintaining consistent culinary standards.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and kitchen health and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, optimize inventory, and negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with front-of-house teams and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institute; a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace.
