Role Description The Executive / Sr. Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. In this role, the team member engages with existing and potential business customers, explains IndiaMART’s offerings, and supports them in effectively using the platform to grow their business.

Daily activities include managing client interactions via calls, meetings, and digital channels, gathering business requirements, and recommending suitable solutions and subscription plans. The role involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, tracking performance metrics,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service quality. The Executive / Sr.

Executive is also expected to meet sales or engagement targets, provide market feedback, and contribute to local business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage buyer and supplier relationships effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, business development, and customer service, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM or similar systems, and comfort with using online platforms and digital applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in data interpretation, documentation, and follow-up to maintain accurate records and track performance against targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant diploma or experience in B2B, e-commerce, or SME-focused roles will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace, travel locally within the Greater Coimbatore Area if required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and regional languages used in the Greater Coimbatore Area will be beneficial for client interactions.
