Role Description The Executive - Sales & Customer Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring timely responses to client requests. The executive will handle sales activities including lead follow-up, presenting product capabilities, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing with internal teams.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships,



resolving service issues, updating CRM or sales records, and collaborating with production and quality teams to meet delivery and performance commitments. The executive may also assist in training customers on product features and support documentation required for ongoing business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and managing inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for handling leads, negotiating, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide customers or team members on product features, processes, and service standards.
