Role Description The Event Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of events. In this position, the individual coordinates production schedules, manages vendor relationships, and ensures all technical and logistical elements are delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal design and client servicing teams, supervising on-ground production, managing risk and contingency plans, and maintaining high quality standards throughout each event.

The role also involves monitoring project timelines, controlling costs, aligning event delivery with client objectives, and documenting post-event reports and learnings for continuous improvement.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong event planning and event production skills, with experience managing end-to-end live, hybrid, or experiential events.
- Candidates should possess production management skills, including vendor coordination, resource allocation, and on-site supervision.
- Candidates should possess budgeting and basic financial management skills to estimate costs, track expenses, and optimize event profitability.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled communication skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in corporate events, brand activations, along with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, is an advantage.
- Ability to work under time pressure, travel as required for events, and maintain a solutions-focused, collaborative approach on-site.
