Role Description The Event Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the planning and execution of events, assist with vendor coordination, and help manage event timelines and logistics. Daily responsibilities include preparing event checklists, supporting on-ground setup and guest coordination, and ensuring brand standards are met at every event.

The intern will also assist with internal communication, basic marketing support for events,



and post-event documentation and feedback collection. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury catering operations and event management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to support end-to-end coordination and execution of events.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Marketing to assist with staff briefings and basic promotional activities related to events.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and tight event schedules.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable working in energetic, high-pressure environments with a customer-centric approach.
