Responsibilities.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and protected work practices.
- Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and training
