Role Description The Electrical & Instrument Executive role at CMJ Breweries is a full time remote position responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation systems supporting brewery operations. This role includes monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime in production processes. The individual will review and support electrical designs, collaborate with engineering and operations teams on power distribution and automation improvements, and help optimize energy use and system reliability.

Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing system performance data, preparing technical documentation and reports,



and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires coordinating with on-site teams, vendors, and service providers to plan preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and instrument calibration activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity and electrical equipment operation and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in electrical design and electrical engineering for industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess understanding of power generation, power distribution, and related safety practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with instrumentation, control systems, and automation used in process industries.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial plants, preferably food and beverage or process manufacturing, is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals, use diagnostic tools, and prepare clear technical reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams.
