Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product cataloging, inventory updates, order processing, and sales performance for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, marketplace offers, and other e-commerce activities.
- Maintain accurate product data and ensure timely catalog updates.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing the Myntra and other marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multiple e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
