We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Catalog Specialist with strong knowledge of Shopify, marketplace management, inventory control, and digital integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product cataloging, product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on Shopify.
- Integrate and sync Shopify with Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Connect and manage social media platforms with Shopify, including product catalog synchronization.
- Integrate AI tools and applications with Shopify to improve e-commerce operations.
- Manage product listings and cataloging on Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Tata CLiQ.
- Handle inventory management, stock updates, price changes, and order synchronization across platforms.
- Manage order processing, invoice generation, shipping labels, packing slips, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor listing errors, resolve synchronization issues, and maintain accurate product data across all platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse,



operations, and marketplace teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Shopify store management and product cataloging.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics integration.
- Experience connecting social media platforms and AI tools with Shopify.
- Practical experience with Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Tata CLiQ seller platforms.
- Robust knowledge of inventory control, pricing, order management, and stock synchronization.
- Familiarity with Excel, marketplace dashboards, shipping systems, and catalog management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Salary: 25k-35k ( Depend on interview)
