Role Description The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions on core and advanced digital marketing topics to students at Cyberwise Digital Campus. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom-based lectures and workshops, supervising practical assignments, and guiding learners through live projects and campaigns. The trainer will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and update course content to reflect current industry tools, platforms, and best practices.

Additional duties include collaborating with the academic team to enhance curricula, supporting student queries,



and contributing to seminars or internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Perintalmanna.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core digital marketing areas, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Skills in campaign planning, performance tracking, reporting, and optimization focused on measurable outcomes.
- Ability to create clear training materials, including presentations, assignments, and project briefs tailored to varied learner levels.
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with a patient and learner-focused approach.
- Experience mentoring or teaching in an academic or corporate training environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) are an advantage.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends in digital channels, emerging tools, and best practices, with willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and maintain a professional, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
