Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage our digital presence, execute marketing campaigns and generate measurable business results. This role is suited to someone who understands both creative content and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, posts, reels and campaign communication.
- Set up, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads, website traffic, audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research, implement basic SEO and improve online visibility.




- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with the creative team for marketing content and campaign assets.
- Research competitors, identify trends and recommend improvements based on data.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimization.
- Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, budgets and campaign performance.
- Experience with social media management, content planning and digital marketing strategy.
- Basic SEO, keyword research and website analytics knowledge.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and suggest actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video or creative editing tools.
- Robust communication, initiative and the ability to work independently.
