Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and user acquisition for InterviewEra. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing online marketing content, monitoring web and campaign analytics, and collaborating with product and content teams to align messaging with platform features.

The specialist will track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and adjust strategies based on data insights,



while engaging with the user community and supporting promotional initiatives for students and early-career professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and campaign tracking.
- Ability to analyze Web Analytics and campaign data to optimize performance and inform strategy.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and community engagement.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in EdTech or career development platforms and understanding of student and early-career user needs is a plus.
