Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Investment Expert (Mutual Funds Sales). The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, explaining mutual fund products, and recommending suitable investment options through digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting online and in-person consultations, supporting clients through the onboarding and transaction process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

The Digital Investment

Expert will collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, optimize sales funnels, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. The position also requires tracking market trends, preparing basic reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of digital sales processes.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret investment data, understand risk profiles, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain mutual fund concepts clearly, handle client queries, and build trust across various channels.
- Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to leverage online platforms, campaigns, and tools for productive mutual fund sales.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize client pipelines, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Relevant experience in mutual funds sales, wealth management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of SEBI regulations, mutual fund products, and personal finance concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; industry certifications in investments or mutual funds are a plus.
