Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Destination Expert – International Travel to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international holiday package sales, destination knowledge, itinerary planning, and customer handling.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing customized international travel itineraries, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Please note: Experience in international destinations is mandatory. Candidates with experience exclusively in domestic travel will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international travel inquiries and sell customized international holiday packages.
- Plan and prepare personalized itineraries for various international destinations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of international attractions, sightseeing, hotels, transfers, activities, and local experiences.
- Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations,



and customized travel proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Stay updated on international travel trends, seasonal offers, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide accurate information to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.

Required Skills and Qualification

- 2–4 years of experience in the international travel and tourism industry.
- Mandatory experience in international holiday package sales and itinerary planning.
- Knowledge of multiple international destinations across regions such as Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, and the Americas.
- Experience in preparing customized international holiday packages and quotations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert travel inquiries into bookings.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
