### Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design and engineering team.

Develop and review valve designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.

Select suitable materials and components for valve manufacturing.

Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and sales teams.

Review design calculations, BOMs, and manufacturing drawings.

Improve product performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Support new product development and resolve technical issues.

Ensure designs meet customer requirements and applicable standards.

### Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

8–10 years of relevant experience in the valve manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of valve design, engineering standards, and manufacturing processes.

Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

### Other Requirements

Must be willing to relocate.
