Responsibilities

- Execute the safe loading and unloading of goods and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during the delivery process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash transactions securely, including collecting payments and issuing accurate receipts.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status.




- Plan and adhere to optimized delivery routes to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
- Handle all packages with care to prevent damage and ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery schedules and daily targets.
