About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Daily Operations Associate / Inventory Associate to support day-to-day business operations and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, support operational processes, and coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Manage and maintain inventory records with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and track inventory movement across locations.
- Verify orders, inventory transactions,
and operational data.
- Support daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and operational issues.
- Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and inventory control procedures.
- Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow management.
