We're looking for a smart, proactive and well-spoken Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, driving sales and managing e-commerce operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media.
- Drive sales by converting enquiries into purchases, recommending products and following up with potential customers.
- Manage customer orders, updates, cancellations and exchanges through Shopify.
- Assist customers with product information, personalisation, payments and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales enquiries and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory, including order management and customer support operations.




- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Fast and accurate English typing skills are a must, with the ability to handle multiple WhatsApp chats and customer conversations simultaneously.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, sales or e-commerce, preferably with a D2C or lifestyle brand.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to convert customer enquiries into orders.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, Excel and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- A confident, positive and customer-focused attitude.
