Position Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required 1 – 10 Years

Industry Preference: Industrial Instrumentation / Process Automation / HVAC Controls

### Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage post-sales technical support from our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting clients in the industrial instrumentation and automation sector, handling queries regarding Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, and HVAC Transmitters, Switches, and Gauges. You will be responsible for providing prompt solutions, maintaining high client satisfaction, and resolving order or product issues efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities

Technical Assistance: Handle incoming client calls, emails,



and online inquiries regarding product installation, Wiring, Integration with other instruments or any other query post sales.

Issue & Complaint Resolution: Address client grievances, coordinate replacement/repair requests or returns according to company policies, and ensure minimal downtime for the customer.

Feedback & Relationship Maintenance: Collect customer feedback, follow up after delivery to ensure product performance, and maintain long-term positive client relationships.

Record Keeping: Update and maintain customer interaction logs, feedback reports, and complaint resolution histories

### Qualifications & Key Skills

Domain Knowledge: 1 to 10 years of experience in customer support or client coordination, preferably within industrial instrumentation, sensors, or HVAC equipment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Problem-Solving Ability: Robust analytical and conflict-resolution skills to resolve customer issues calmly and quickly.

Tools & Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally Prime/ERP9
