Role Description: We are looking for a Backend Assistant (Sales) to support the sales team in managing leads, customer communication, CRM activities, and day-to-day sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, handling CRM portals, preparing presentations and reports, conducting follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and emails,



and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requirements.The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and practical experience with CRM portals, bulk email communication, WhatsApp follow-ups, and sales support activities.

- Manage and update leads, customer data, and follow-ups on CRM portals and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare qualified PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, product presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle bulk email campaigns, including preparing databases, sending emails, and maintaining response/follow-up records.
- Manage WhatsApp communication with clients, prospects, architects, dealers, and other business contacts for product sharing and follow-ups.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and customers, understand requirements, and coordinate meetings or further discussions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and internal departments regarding leads, customer requirements, quotations, meetings, and pending activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-up until closure or further action.
