We are looking for a confident and professional female candidate to connect with doctors over the phone, build strong relationships, and introduce them to NVRON’s Clinical Partner Network.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Explain NVRON’s products, services, and Clinical Partner Network.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors.
- Follow up with doctors and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain call records and daily reports in the company system.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
Requirements
- Female candidates with excellent English communication skills.
- Positive telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or tele-calling experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of an additional language such as Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- B.Pharm freshers can also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Professional approach and willingness to learn.
