Role Description The Customer Care Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. In this role, the team member will handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-app channels, providing clear and accurate information about loan offerings, application processes, and platform features.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, tracking and documenting interactions, following up on pending requests, and ensuring a smooth user experience throughout the borrowing journey. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex cases, gathering customer feedback to improve services, and supporting basic sales and cross-selling initiatives when appropriate. Consistent, courteous communication and a focus on customer satisfaction are central to the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service,



and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and empathetically.
- Basic Sales skills to identify customer needs, suggest suitable offerings, and support conversion while maintaining trust.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced fintech environment, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software; prior experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial queries.
- a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred.
