Company Description India’s Future Investors (IFI) is India’s pioneering Money Entertainment Reality Show, designed around high-pressure challenges that blend money intelligence, human behavior, competition, and entertainment. Through immersive tasks and real-world financial scenarios, participants are tested on how they think, prioritize, and make decisions when time and pressure intensify. IFI focuses on revealing character under stress, turning money management into a compelling game centered on strategy, discipline, and judgment.

The show invites people across India not only to watch, but to participate, compete, and follow the journey toward discovering India’s “Money Rockstar.” IFI is driven by the belief that understanding money is important, but making the right decisions under pressure is what truly counts.

Role Description The Creative Writer will be responsible for developing engaging narrative concepts, scripts, and storylines that bring IFI’s money-focused challenges and characters to life. In this full-time remote role, the Creative Writer will craft episode ideas, write dialogue and voiceovers, and create compelling web and social media content that aligns with the show’s brand and tone. Day-to-day tasks include researching financial and behavioral themes, collaborating with producers and content teams, adapting complex money concepts into clear,



entertaining stories, and revising content based on feedback.

The Creative

Writer will also contribute to promotional campaigns, taglines, and audience engagement materials across digital platforms to support viewership and participation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Writing and Creative Writing skills, with demonstrated ability to craft narratives, scripts, and character-driven stories.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to explore financial concepts, audience insights, and behavioral themes that inform storytelling.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with producers, editors, and marketing teams, and for presenting ideas clearly.
- Experience in entertainment, reality TV, or digital content production is beneficial.
- Understanding of personal finance, investing, or economic topics is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing creative requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Journalism, Media, Communications, Screenwriting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
