Role Description The Cost Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik.

The Cost

Manager will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for plastic injection molding operations, including materials, labor, tooling, and overheads.

Responsibilities include analyzing production data, tracking variances against budgets, preparing cost reports, and recommending actions to improve cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. The role involves collaborating closely with production, procurement, quality, and finance teams to support pricing decisions,



optimize resource utilization, and contribute to strategic planning.

The Cost

Manager will also support audits, implement cost control policies, and continuously review processes for savings opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess skills in MS Excel and related analytical tools; familiarity with ERP or MRP systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; skilled certifications in cost management or management accounting are an advantage.
- Experience in automotive or plastic injection molding industries, and knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and relevant quality standards, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
